Shipping policy
Important Notice
During the moths of November and December we receive an influx of orders, due to this extra workload, combined with courier services also being overloaded, orders may take longer. We try our best to get your order to you asap but orders may take 1 - 2 days longer than usual.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping costs and address format
We use a live shipping rate calculator to calculate the best rate for you. If you do not see the CourierIT Live shipping rate it is because the address you entered is not valid. Please note that places like Boksburg and Fourways are considered cities. Refer to google maps to get the correct address. Please don't hesitate to chat to us if you have trouble with your address
Our old shipping rates are as follows:
- 0kg–10kg R 200.00 ZAR
- 10kg–20kg R 350.00 ZAR
- 20kg–50kg R 500.00 ZAR
- 50kg–100kg R 800.00 ZAR
- 100kg and up R 1,500.00 ZAR
Please note: For orders 50kg or over, we require a lead time of 3-6 working days

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at PAR Megastore - 8 Oscar St, Hughes, Boksburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are from:
8:00am - 4:30pm | Monday - Thursday
8:00am - 2:30pm | Friday
8:00am - 12:30pm | Saturday
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at johann@parmegastore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
