Sound Deadening
Sound deadening is used to reduce noise in cars and on enclosures that house or are near loud machinery like compressors and generators.
How sound deadening material works
Our sound deadening can work in two ways. Either damping vibration on panels like car doors, footwells or inner wheel arches — here the vibration noise is dampened by the rubber-like sheet. Or facing the vibrating object, like a car engine — in this application the sheet can be attached to the inner side of a bonnet to contain noise.
