Exhaust & Manifold Paint (Heat resistant paint) Black 300ML

Spanjaard Exhaust & Manifold Paint is a specialised coating formulated to withstand the high temperatures and harsh conditions of automotive exhaust systems, engine manifolds and other applications where metals are exposed to high temperatures

Applications:

• High temperature resistant, effective up to 650ºC. 

• Corrosion Protection-provides a barrier against rust and corrosion, extending the life of the exhaust components. 

• Durability-Resistant to chipping, peeling, and fading. 

• Aesthetic Improvement enhances the appearance of the exhaust system.

Directions for use: 

1. Surface preparation is very important to ensure a good bonding paint coat. 

2. Clean surfaces to be treated with a wire brush to remove any loose deposits. 

3. Completely remove any oil or grease film on the surface to be painted by using lacquer thinners. 

4. Apply spray to cool surfaces. 

5. Hold the can upright and spray the surface evenly from a distance of 15cm. 

6. Further coats can be applied at five-minute intervals.
