Rubber Sheets and Insertion Rubber
Rubber sheets include gym mats, textured rubber sheets and insertion rubber. SBR rubber is the perfect balance between strength, abrasion resistance and grip. Sold in running metres.
Rubber sheeting in this range
- Smooth SBR rubber sheeting — thin 1 mm x 1200 mm up to general purpose 10 mm x 1.2 m.
- Insertion rubber — 1.5 mm, 3 mm, 4.5 mm and 6 mm x 1.2 m wide.
- SBR plain insertion flooring — 3 mm, 4.5 mm and 6 mm x 1.5 m.
- Patterned sheeting — coin (3 mm x 1.2 m and 3.5 mm x 1.8 m), diamond, checker and stud (3 mm x 1.5 m) and fish-tail (3.5 mm x 1.4 m).
- PVC S-mat — 5 mm x 1.2 m.
Most but not all our rubber sheets are SBR rubber; other compounds include EPDM and recycled bonded rubber.
What rubber sheets are used for
These can be used as rubber mats, vibration dampeners or added protection on cars and equipment — and for cutting gaskets, washers and pads, lining trailers, bakkie bins, shelves and workbenches.
